If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. These Terms apply alongside, and do not supersede, the terms and conditions of any third-party operator, payment provider or game studio to which the Platform may direct you.

Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
k1177 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Submission of fraudulent, altered or misrepresenting documents constitutes a criminal offence. k1177 reserves the right to withhold account access and retain funds pending regulatory reporting if document fraud is suspected.
To access the full features of k1177, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. This typically includes a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password and confirmation of eligibility.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — and at any time thereafter — is accurate, truthful and not misleading. You are obliged to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. k1177 accepts no liability for losses or service disruptions arising from inaccurate user-provided information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Passwords must meet the minimum security standards specified during registration. k1177 recommends using a unique password not shared with any other service and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. k1177 will never ask you for your password by email or chat.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, k1177 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform Content for commercial purposes.
k1177 endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events or regulatory requirements. k1177 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to Platform unavailability.
The Platform is designed to be compatible with current-generation browsers and mobile devices. Users are responsible for ensuring their Device and network connection meet the minimum technical requirements for satisfactory Platform use. k1177 is not responsible for service quality issues attributable to a user's Device, internet service provider or mobile network operator.
k1177 is optimised for mobile use and has been tested across common Android and iOS devices used in Pakistan. Performance may vary based on network conditions — particularly on mobile data connections in cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
Users of the k1177 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:
Violation of any prohibited-conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives made available through k1177 are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by offer-specific terms.
Before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be met in full. For illustrative purposes: a Bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× Wagering Requirement would require PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met. These figures are examples only — always refer to the specific offer document for the exact Wagering Requirement.
While a Bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or transaction — commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 or an equivalent percentage of the bonus value. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet limit during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Exact limits are stated in each offer's terms.
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), live-dealer games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage — or may be excluded entirely. The game-contribution breakdown is specified in each promotion's terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the point of expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
Non-sticky Bonus: The bonus amount is kept separate from your real-money balance and is withdrawn first when wagering. Once the Wagering Requirement is met, both deposit and bonus winnings may be withdrawn (subject to maximum cash-out limits).
Sticky (Phantom) Bonus: The bonus amount is used for wagering purposes only. Upon completion of the Wagering Requirement, the bonus principal is deducted from the balance and only net winnings may be withdrawn.
Many promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play — for example, PKR 5,000 on a free-spin promotion or five times the bonus amount on a deposit match. Winnings in excess of the maximum cash-out cap will be removed from the Account at the time of withdrawal. Exact caps are stated per offer.

For cryptocurrency deposits, the PKR-equivalent value at the time of the transaction will apply — users acknowledge that cryptocurrency values fluctuate and that the PKR equivalent at the time of withdrawal may differ from the amount deposited.

Upon termination of an Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances are forfeited in full upon termination for cause. Real-money balances may be returned subject to KYC verification and applicable regulatory requirements. Sections 11, 12, 13 and 16 of these Terms survive termination.
k1177 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where prior notice is required by applicable law or operator policy.
